Kwadwo Sheldon found himself trending on micro blogging site Twitter since last night after he posted an alleged budget the conveners of the intended #FixTheCountry protest are taking from the office of the former president John Dramani Mahama on his official Twitter page.

The alleged budget stand to cover some expenses like transportation of protestors, nose masks, veronica buckets, money provided for the media, money provided for celebrities who will hit the streets to protest, refreshments, placards and graffiti paintings, etc was sum up to an amount of 4,830,000 Ghana Cedis.

The post was met with a lot of criticisms from most Ghanaians who are in support of the crusade accusing the renowned YouTuber of trying to set the general public against the conveners of the movement.

KoJo Cue in responding to the post by Kwadwo Sheldon expressed how frustrating it is for government officials to pay someone to set an agenda against his/ her own people who sort to seek the interest of the general public.

He said the government will rather pay influencers to counter attack a movement against it even with forged documents whiles the money they used to pay the influencer can be used to drill a borehole for a village having issues with portable drinking water.

Our government will rather pay influencers to counter a protest hashtag (even with forged documents) than use the same money to do borehole in rural areas. I’m seeing people I had respect for go against their principles and I hope they were paid very well. #FixTheCountryGhana
