One person who is left at the mercies of social media users and their trolls today is Ghanaian born United State of America based Gospel singer and songwriter Sonnie Badu who earlier in the day was revealed he has acquired three academic certificates in the space of of four months.

Sonnie Babu, who is the founder and head Pastor of RockHill Church based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA now holds certificates in Doctorate in Divinity, a Bachelors in Ministry, a Masters in Christian Leadership, a Doctorate of Fine Arts in Musicology and a PhD in Theology. He was recently also made a Professor and The Dean of the Faculty of Music at Trinity International University of Ambassadors located in Georgia, USA.

This academic achievements by the ‘Baba’ hit maker within a very short time has generated a lot of ‘heat’ and attention among social media users who stand to question the authenticity of the certificates.

What caught the attention of GhGossip among the trolls is one particular user who has devoted his time to prove to Ghanaians and the who wide world that the Gospel singer’s certificates are ‘fake’. An account with the username @mnm_mensah

has alleged that the singer is ‘an academic scam and not a victim of a scam’.

According to him, he took his time to check the credibility of Sonnie Badu’s certificates and his conclusion is that, they are all fake. He stated he even even to the extend of sending a mail to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation – the institution responsible for the accreditation of all Universities and Colleges in the United States of America and based on their reply, it proves there’s no records of the school anywhere.

Check out as he explains with ‘evidence’ in a series of tweets alleging Sonnie’s academic certificates are all ‘scam’.

He said in other for the entire world to believe that his academic certificates are ‘real’ Sonnie should provide evidence of his studies like a transcript which will prove that indeed he did study for the said certificates. He also send a word of advise to him to learn from his ‘Godfather’ Dr Lawrence Tetteh.
