Twin is one of the mysteries of science and it continues to fascinate us. This story captures twin sisters in Brazil who will be 100-years later in May. One photographer by name Camila Lima was so intrigued by them after seeing a report on her local news that she decided to hold a special photo shoot for them.

The names of these adorable centenarians are Maria Pignaton Pontin and Paulina Pignaton Pandolfi. The photographer said she regularly takes photos of older couples “as a way to inspire young couples.”

She decided to reach out to the sisters, who live in Ibiraçu, Brazil, hoping they’d participate in a photo shoot to mark their milestone birthdays and they immediately agreed.

According to Brazil’s Gazeta News, Pandolfi has six children, 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, while Pontin has five children, 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
