Andre and Jordan Ayew have resolutely confirmed that they bear no grudge against anyone despite their exclusion from Black Stars in the match against Uganda on Saturday (September 7).

The two influential brothers were axed from the team by head coach James Kwesi Appiah’s 26-man squad to face Uganda in next week’s World Cup qualifier in Kampala.

In an interview they granted to the media right after they faced each other in the EPL, the brothers said:

“We enjoy playing in the best league. Not a lot of players play in this league. A lot dream to play in this league.

We are here representing Ghana. We will try to represent our continent as best as we can.

You always get people who are happy and those who are angry but what we know is that God has blessed us and we will always represent our country.”
