The success of popular Indian telenovela Kumkum Bhagya was largely due to the fact it was dubbed in Twi, a language which widely spoken by Ghanaians.
This paved way for other Ghanaian TV stations whose content is heavily dominated by foreign telenovelas to follow suit. Well, the Kumkum Bhagya, stars are currently in Ghana, courtesy Adom TV and to ensure that they relate to their fans easily, they have started learning the Twi language.
In their first interview which went live on Adom TV from the Golden Tulip hotel, the Indian stars decided to rehearse some few words in Twi as a means of embracing the Ghanaian culture.
Abhi, the lead character made an attempt of getting some few Twi words right and was followed by Aliya.
