We never knew Kofi Kinaata has suddenly grown wings and want to soar above any other thing in sight.

His recent interview he had with the media where he posited that he deliberately charges exorbitant ‘featuring fare’ to avoid featuring on sub-standard songs substantiate my introductory statement.

The Fante rapper, born Kofi King Arthur told Miss Betty on the Swift Show on Pan Africa TV that he has built an enviable brand within this short period and to keep it intact he doesn’t have to jump on any ‘yawa’ song.

He made this known when he was responding to a question as to why he’s no longer doing numerous collaborations like his fellow artistes.

 Here’s what he said:

To avoid featuring on low quality songs for a colleague artiste, I charge hugely to scare him.

I do that because I don’t want to devalue my brand featuring on songs that my fans will be disappointed to hear.
