Yesterday, most Ghanaians took to social media to expressed their dissatisfaction over the numerous money rituals advertisements that are being run on the various television stations in the country and called out the NMC to ban those adverts and the various television stations involved in promoting money rituals in the country.

The chairman of the commission in an interview this morning when asked to give his take on the issue about the Kasoa rituals killing and the social media trend calling out the commission to act swiftly on the matter disputed the fact that the two Kasoa teenagers who are arrested in the alleged murder of the 10 year-old boy were motivated by watching the said advertisements on television.

Comedian Waris reacting to the comments by Mr Kwesi Gyan-Appenteng said its sudden and heart broken for a whole individual like the NMC boss to come out to dispute the fact that the Kasoa teenagers were not motivated by watching such adverts on television.

He added this goes on to affirm the fact that most of the leaders in this country don’t know how to do their jobs and the NMC chairman is one of those leaders.

Comedian Waris went on to reveal his family secret that, he and his family has been a victim of money rituals killing before when his brother was murder by some unknown people for money rituals.
