The Ghana Music Awards was established in 2000 by Charter House Production to celebrate Ghanaian musicians.

The awards are presented annually, and are broadcast live on. The awards ceremony features performance by artists.

This year’s event promises to be full of fun and excitement partly because Shatta Wale has declared his intention to be part of the ceremony despite his protracted feud with the organizers.

The Artiste of The Year is the topmost award and we are predicting that one of these three artistes below could win it.

1. Shatta Wale

We don’t want to argue about this. If Shatta Wale is ultimately ‘cleared’ to be part of this year’s event, he would definitely walk away with this award.
