According to the one litre crooner, he made a conscious effort to listen to music done by people who were already in the industry when he decided on doing music.

He mentioned to Doreen Andoh on the cosmopolitan show that, before he started doing active music, he did not know how to play any musical instrument so he took it upon himself to learn how to play the guitar and also listen to legends in the high life music.

He said he had to listen to veteran highlife artistes like Nana Ampadu, Abirkyereba Kofi Sammy, Kwabena Akwaboah.

“I was not playing any instrument so I decided to learn how to play the guitar to add up to what I already know,” he said.

He spoke of his excitement to have featured some highlife veterans in his latest video to the ‘Dream’ track.

The video, ‘Dream’, features appearances by Highlife legends, Nana Kwame Ampadu, Pat Thomas, Charles Amoah and veteran music producer, Zapp Mallet.
