A two-year-old girl identified as Ayisha has reportedly been found dead in a gutter after she went missing a few days ago.

According to reports, the deceased who resides at Obuasi Zongo in the Ashanti Region with her parents went missing on Wednesday, 7th July 2021 when she went with her mother to pray at the mosque.
Upon the realization that the young girl was missing, they launched a search party to find the whereabouts of his daughter but all efforts proved futile.
They then proceeded to the police in the area for further investigation to be condusted in locating the whereabouts of their daughter.
Unfortuantely, Ayisha was found dead in the gutter on Friday night just a few meters away from their house.
According to the father of the deceased, Abdul Karim she suspects that her daughter was murdered by some unknown assailants and dumped into the gutter.
