Ghgossip yesterday reported to you the sad story of the Kumawood actor, Abass Nurudeen popularly known as Abdulai Blinkz, who was stabbed to death by unknown assailants.

According to the Manhyia Divisional Commander, ACP Kwaku Buah, Blinkz, had visited his master’s house at Akurem where he met the master’s wife and her brother-in-law exchanging words.

He found it worrying and tried to intervene, however, the brother to his master’s wife took offense with his intervention which eventually turned into a fight.
The master’s brother and another guy present then attacked Blinkz with knives and in the action stabbed him.

One allegedly stabbed him in the ribs and the other sliced him in the back, he fell and collapsed.
He was immediately rushed to the Manhyia Hospital where he was pronounced dead minutes later.

Though his body was deposited at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital for preservation, media houses in Kumasi are reporting that Blinkz will be buried today at the Tafo cemetery.
He was a Muslim and his burial rites will be in accordance with that religion.
