The Supreme Court has scheduled Thursday, June, 25 to give it’s judgement on the two cases filed against the Electoral Commission on it’s mandate to compile a new register.

That came up after the court heard the argument of both parties which they raised similar issues.

The National Democratic Congress earlier filed two cases but the court ordered that they cannot file a relief to seek a relief which they withdrawn one.

As the NDC pursued the case on the exemption of exiting voter ID and birth certificates only, a resident of Breman-kokoso in the Asikuma-Odenben Brakwa District of the Central Region, Mark Takyi-Banson also pushed the other case which the NDC withdrawn that court should stop the EC from compiling the new register.

Both complaints are seeking for court interpretation.
