Award-winning rapper Samuel Adu Frimpong, well known as AMG Medikal has revealed his reasons for refusing to give fans who ask him for money when they meet him on the street.

It would be vividly recalled that the rapper was slammed by some of his critics after he snubbed a fan who approached him and asked for money. Medikal warned the fan never to approach him and ask him for such favors.
Medikal also advised the young man to quit asking for favors from celebrities when he meets them and start working hard for his own money.
Explaining his reasons for his actions on Hitz FM in an interview with Andy Dosty on the Daybreak Hitz show, Medikal stated that he wants to impact the hardworking attitude of the youth especially those fond of asking for favors from celebs.
He said that it is high-time fans start working hard for their own money because when he gives a fan money today and continues to do so without telling him/her the hard truth about hard work, he will be a bad influence to him since he did not encourage him to work on his own but rather spoon-fed him with gifts.
As a reminder, Medikal has been one of the few celebs in Ghana who have demonstrated and proven that indeed hard work pays. From grass to grace, Medikal worked hard for himself to eradicate poverty from his family and so, it is not surprising that he wants to instill the same attitude and positivity into the youth.
