Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many shows are run virtually. Tiny Desk show hosted Davido virtually to perform at the concert at his comfort to adhere to the social distancing protocol.

During the live performance of Davido, his fans applauded him while some trolls fired him back to back. Many were of the opinion that he was singing on flat keys and also thought he could have had more rehearsals before coming to perform.
