A Plus’ sharp teeth was in full display as he tore movie director and producer, Leila Djansi into shreds for suggesting that any women who is married and unemployed is no better than Moesha Bodoung.
Moesha’s infamous interview she had with CNN where she declared with no iota of shame that she sleeps with a married man to pay her rent and that lot of Ghanaian women do likewise because of the harsh economic situation in Ghana will not be forgotten in hurry.
And contributing her opinion to this issue, the famous movie director opined that married women who do nothing but cook, clean, wash and do all other household chores instead of gaining employment are similar to Moesha.
But in a quick riposte, A-Plus bashed Leila for making derogatory comments about housewives. According to him, he has lost respect for her because he saw her as a woman of substance and a very good example for young girls.
He wrote:
“This comment from her is very unfortunate and I will recommend that she sees a psychiatric for help. How can any sensible woman think that entering into a marriage where a woman carries babies for 9 months, goes into labour that can take her very life, gives birth and spend the rest of her life raising kids while the man provides for them can be compared to moesha and her relationship with someone’s husband or even ashawo? “
“Madam didn’t know that your brain is small like a mosquitoe’s clitoris…. Ah!! Define marriage…. And who said sitting at home, cooking, cleaning, washing, taking kids to and from school is not work….. That is why it’s always good to celebrate the dead. They have finished living their lives and will never disappoint you. I liked this woman”.
