This year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards promises to be full of fireworks as controversial artiste, Shatta Wale has expressed willingness to be part of the event. Pundits and laymen have started making predictions as to who will win what come the D-day.

However, the Dancehall musician has said should he be ‘cleared’ and included in the scheme, then his counterpart, Ebony has no chance to win any of the awards at all especially the topmost award; Artiste of the Year.

In a jovial manner, Shatta Wale entreated Ebony to pray hard so he is disqualified to pave the way for her to scoop all the awards.

In an interview on OK FM, the Chop Kiss hit maker said she loves Ebony’s brand a lot but express worry for her relative to the awards.

The self-proclaimed Dancehall King said he has had a bigger year than Ebony and listed his hits such as ‘Taking Over’, ‘Ayoo’, ‘Forgetti’, ‘Freedom’ and ‘Dem Confused’.

He said:

Ebony is my girl and I really love her and what she is doing but as for the artiste of the year, unless they don’t nominate me, before she can win. So she should just pray they don’t nominate me.
