Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has indicated that he wishes Sartuday classes would be scheduled for artistes in the country to address some things they are lacking.

He noted that some artists in the country lack professionalism because they don’t even know what their job is.

Speaking on Accra-based YFM with Rev. Erskine Whyte, he noted that artists can blow and the next headline you’ll see is they’ve left their managers.

The dancehall giant emphasized that he has faced such a crisis and it’s because they don’t have the orientation and no idea on how the business goes.

He made a comparison on how companies interview individuals and make them showcase some practicals before giving them the chance.

According to him, they are not having such a thing hence they turn to watch TV and YouTube and start wanting to become stars because of what they’ve seen.
