How else can we describe Shatta Wale’s erratic behavior lately? We can’t deny the fact that the dancehall artiste is very talented but his uncouth attitude could eventually be the catalyst that would ruin him.
Prodigal, a member of music trio, VVIP echoes our sentiments and has called for special prayers for the controversial artiste. The call comes after the recent ‘S Concert’ where the artiste slapped his bodyguard right on the stage in the full glare of everyone.
Not only that. He went ahead to name some top Ghanaian musicians as broke because they weren’t able to purchase cars and houses during and after the peak of their careers.
Shatta Wale said:
People envy me because of the truth. You see VVIP, Tic Tac, Lord Kenya, Obrafour them. Have you ever heard they bought house, cars…?’
Prodigal, in reaction said he believes some faceless people are using Shatta Wale to cause such outbursts in the entertainment industry.
He stressed that Shatta Wale is suffering from a ‘mental problem, bipolar or a spiritual illness.’
The musician further maintained that, even though he had played key roles in Shatta Wale’s career, he will never hate but love him.
They need to pray for Shatta Wale. They are using him to get to other people. There is no way on earth that I will hate him. I respect him, I don’t like his ways now. He is moving in the wrong direction. He is a talented musician and breadwinner
