In Shatta Wale’s Birthday that went on last night, Medikal and his wife Fella Makafui was seen in close proximity with each ot her everywhere they went.

Under normal circumstances, it is unlikely that one would go to an event with his or her partner, and they disperse at the event doing completely separate things.
