President-elect Joe Biden has backed president Donald Trump’s new stimulus package which will stand to give Americans $2000 each as a support from the federal government.

The stimulus package is aimed at supporting Americans and the businesses as many people lost their jobs in the COVID-19 pandemic.
Congress had earlier proposed a $600 package but president Trump refused to sign off the bill stating the amount quoted was too small.
Well, it appears his opponent Joe Biden agrees with him as he took to Twitter today to backed his idea off increasing the package to $2000. He said;
$600 is simply not enough when you have to choose between paying rent or putting food on the table. We need $2,000 stimulus checks.
