Popular Zambian musician David Phiri, popularly known as Daev Zambia has been confirmed dead after he was involved in a road accident on Sunday.

According to a statement by Zambian police spokesperson Esther Katongo, Daev Zambia was severely burnt in the accident.

He was not the only person who died as three passengers also died while one person survived with serious injuries.
