Osita Iheme born on 20th February 1982, popularly known as ‘Pawpaw’ is a Nigerian diminutive actor who has contributed a lot in the Nigerian movie industry.
Osita Iheme acquired the name ‘Pawpaw’ for playing that role in of Nigeria’s biggest movies ever, Aki and Pawpaw.
His movie Aki and Pawpaw which he starred alongside Chinedu Ikedieze was a sensation in the Nigerian movie industry which penetrated across Africa.
The role he usually plays is a child, due to the stricture of his body but rose to fame together with Chinedu Ikedieze in 2003 in the movie Aki and Pawpaw.
As time went on, Osita Iheme showed his versatility as an actor by taking up more matured and daring and dramatic roles.
These performances earned him awards such as the Lifetime Achievement Awards at the African Movie Awards in 2007 and Best Actor Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Awards 2014.
The actor has evolved from just a comic actor to a multifaceted actor which has gained him much respect in the movie industry.
