Senior Vice President of IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil has expressed his joy over the consideration of Government to legalize and regulate the Okada business in the country.
Recall that the NDC disclosed in their manifesto some days ago their intentions of legalizing the Okada business should their party win the 2020 general elections.

IMANI Africa has also shown concern and joy over the good news saying it will reduce lots of disregard for the motorists laws. Kofi Bentil, a legal practitioner and a fellow of IMAN Africa, reacting to the story said;
“I’m hearing that Government is working towards legalization and regulation of Okada. Well it’s always good when people acknowledge a good idea even after they’ve insulted those of us who dared speak up. Thank you Government. Regulation of Okada is difficult but imperative, the work towards regularizing it is most apposite.”
