The driver of Ebony, who happens to be the sole survivor of the ghastly motor accident which claimed the lives of Ebony and her two other friends, Atsu Vondee and Franky Kuri, could face police enquiry according a new report

According to multiple reports, the Ghana Police Service are considering charging him with ‘careless and inconsiderate driving’ for his role in the fatal accident.

Already, Ghanaians are wondering how the driver identified as Pinehad Oko Chartey,’managed’ to survive the accident, given that their Jeep was mangled beyond recognition.

In his narration as regard what truly happened, the 29-year old man said he tried to dodge a heap of sand in the middle of the road only to he ram a VIP bus.  This made him lose control of the car which ran into the railings near the road.

Three of the car’s occupants, Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, Francis Atsu Vondee and Franky Kuri all lost their lives, whilst Chartey survived and was sent to hospital.

A police radio message intercepted by the Today newspaper reveals that Chartey is currently being held on police enquiry bail and once fit, would be charged with ‘careless and inconsiderate driving.’
