The excessive cry of a baby forced students of Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra state to come out from the Munachi Hostel to witness the most horrific pain a beautiful baby was going through.
The students came out to see a newly born baby with her placenta still intact, stuck on a barbed wire fence which seperates the hostel and a piece of land next to it. They quickly saved the baby from the excruciating pain and took her to Chukwunoso Hospital opposite the main gate of the Polytechnic.

One of the students who knows the baby’s parents said that the mother is a student of the school who delivered in her boyfriend’s room on campus and both decided to give up the baby by throwing it away but unfortunately it placenta caught the barbed wire which got her hanging on it.

After thorough investigation by the police, it was revealed that the child’s father is a HND 1 student of Public Administration Department aided his roommate to allow his girlfriend deliver the baby in the room after which they would throw away without anybody noticing. The roommate has been arrested and being interrogated whilst the baby’s parents are on the run.
