The National Democratic Congress in a petition to the Supreme Court has asked the court to order the EC for a run-off of December 2020 elections.
The party in their petition to the court claim the result declared by the Electoral Commission should be turned void.

The court should injuct the 2nd respondent President Nana Akuffo Addo from holding himself as president.
And also the court should order the Electoral Commission to organise a run-off between John Dramani Mahama and the Electoral Commission Chairperson, Jean Mensah
