The Minister for Education Dr. Mattew Opoku Prempeh during the commission of University of Environment And Sustainable Development in Somenya has said the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo -Addo has done more than the first President of the Republic Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah as far as education is concern.
Speaking at the ceremony,Dr.Mattew Opoku Prempeh said,
“Mr. President your record on education I keep saying in the last two weeks and I will say it till the end of elections that a notable Minister of Education did say Free Secondary School Education is not possible and if it were, the first President of the Republic Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah would have done it , it was one of the 47 advert against the Free Senior High School,so if it was said it can’t be done and is been done under his Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo then I can say your government has done more than Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah as far as education is concern”.
