Ghanaian US-based rapper, Showboy has lambasted the authorities for sentencing Akuapem Poloo to prison while Nana Appiah Mensah, well known as NAM1 walks freely after duping Ghanaians.

While reacting to the sentence being given to Akuapem Poloo earlier today, Showboy who is currently serving a 15-year jail term in the US said he disagrees with the court.
According to him, so many kids were being traumatized after the Menzgold issue since their parents deposited their funds there just to cater for them.
He said that the business mogul should be put behind bars for doing Ghanaians if indeed the child’s right outfit aims at fighting for the rights of children.
To him, there was nothing wrong with the naked photo the actress posted with her son since it did not offend anyone. He said that the authorities could have made her pay a fine rather than jailing her.
He said that no one would be able to take care of her son while she is in jail. He tagged the authorities as hypocrites who only want to set an example out of the poor single mother while there are people doing the worst on social media.
He said that the Ghana prison system will not favor the actress unlike that of the US. He called for the release of the actress if indeed the system aims at protecting children.
However, there might still be hope for the actress after her lawyer revealed his intentions to file for an appeal on Monday.
