Business Mogul and the Owner of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly known as NAM1 has reacted to the claim on social media that he is a scammer.
Some social media users have brought up the issues of the Menzgold customers and NAM1 ‘s court issues on social media. This resurrection of the NAM1-Menzgold issues came about when Ghanaian video vixen and social media socialite Rosemond Brown well known as Akuapem Poloo was convicted by the Accra circuit yesterday.

In the early hours of yesterday Wednesday, Akuapem Poloo was convicted by the Accra circuit court after she pleaded guilty to the charge. Akuapem Poloo shared a naked photo of herself with her son on his birthday. This naked photo of the video vixen has landed her in court.
In relation to Rosemond Brown’s court issue, social media users have backlashed the judiciary system in Ghana. Some are of the opinion that the court has deliberately ignored the Menzgold case which is a serious case but they are concentrating on the case of Akuapem Poloo, which is not a national issue.
In the quest to defend Akuapem Poloo, some have tagged NAM1 as a scammer who has been left freely while customers commit suicide. Reacting to this NAM1 has taken to his page to slam social media users tagging him as a scammer. According to him, he’s walking freely because he is not guilty of the charges.

“Stop misleading the public. Even on the foreign land I was acquitted and discharged, a decision that was affirmed by the Appeals court and the supreme court. FYI: My granny wasn’t the presiding judge and back home i pleaded NOT GUILTY and i’m having my day at court” he tweeted.
