Outspoken Ghanaian female actress and social commentator Ms Lydia Forson has made a stand that her voice will never change regardless of who is in ‘power’.

Lydia Forson said her voice of consistently criticizing the government and leaders of the country will never change and will continue to be the same no matter which political party or the person in power.
The actress aside her talent and works in the movie industry is also best known for using her various social media platforms to express her displeasure on government policies and projects and also their inability to work in the interest of the Ghanaian people over the years.
She was tagged as a member of the New Patriotic Party couple of years ago when she consistently bashed former president John Dramani Mahama when he was in power on some issues like ‘dumsor’.
Ms Forson is now facing the same alleged affliction to the National Democratic Congress with her consistent bashing of the current president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his administration for not fulfilling most of the things they promised Ghanaians when they were in opposition.
In a decision to reaffirm her stand as a neutral person, the actress has stated that her demand for a better Ghana is consistent and will continue to be regardless of which ever government or person is in power.
She said the tune will always be the same as she not not ready to divert from the truth because to her, it’s Ghana first before anybody or politician.
I will continue to be consistent in my demands for a better Ghana regardless of who is in power. My voice doesn’t change depending on who’s in government – the tune will always be the same. Because for me it’s Ghana first.
