Most of the problems which continue to plague the world has been squarely placed at the doorstep of religion. Religion zealots continue to perpetuate atrocities all in the name of religion. The media is awash with series of killings targeted at Christians by Muslims. Terrorist groups formed on the bases of the teachings of the Q’uran constantly make people live in fear.
Just when we thought these clerics of Islam who continue to debunk the notion that Islam is not tantamount to violence, a well respected Muslim leader in Trinidad, Abu Sa’d at Trinidadi has charge Muslim sympathizers to kill all Christians if they refuse to convert to Islam.
Below is the full statement Abu Sa’d at issued:
“To the Christians I say, you know what you have strayed far away from the true teachings of Abraham, Moses and Jesus. Your book was corrupted long ago by your leaders. I call on you to remember the first two commandments, for they are what led me to Islam and to the true teachings of all prophets. Submit to the one who created you and do not differentiate between the prophets, for they all came with the same message. Follow the final messenger, Muhammad, for in doing so you will be following all the prophets. If you refuse, then we offer you the option to pay jizyah and live under the authority of Islam in humiliation. If you refuse, then the only thing between you and us is the sword.”
We are still in shock as to why these sort of indiscipline is brandished all the time with religion as it fundamentals. When will this end. When will Muslim realize Christians worship their God but through different means?
We are just hoping these radicals will be arrested and dealt with appropriately.
