Renowned Ghanaian music producer, songwriter and rapper, Jayso shares an amazing body of works labeled; “Making Tasha Proud” album.
The project came in a package of 17 banging hip hop tracks. “Making Tasha Proud” album features A.I, Copta, Haidara, Sarkodie, Kobi Onyame, Nessa Skillions, M.anifest and Raquel. The happens to be Jayso’s debut studio album, It was released in 2015.
Jayso, officially known as Paul Nuamah Donkor gain prominence after working on Sarkodie’s debut studio album; “Makye”. Jayso produced over 70 percent of the songs on the album.
Jayso is the master brain behind the music collective, Skillions Records, a label that housed Lil Shaker, Rumour, Kevin Beats, Graffik, Killmatic, Padlock, Sandra, Gemini, Nobel and Joey B.
Their first body of works was titled; “The Skillions New Generation Mixtape”. The tape had hit songs like; Hood, Alert, Facebook Girl and Boy, I No Dey Biz.
Locally, Jayso has produced works for artists like Sarkodie, M.anifest, R2Bees, Efya, Kwaw Kese, Afro Rock Band Dark Suburb, VIP, Reggie Rockstone, ASEM, just to mention a few. Internationally, he has worked with Wyclef Jean and UK’s Sway.
