A Nigerian man and his wife have reportedly welcomed their second baby just 21 days after delivering their first child. This rare news was shared on social media by Nigerian comedian Princess ob her Instagram page.

Detailing what culminated in this scientific phenomenon, the father of the babies, David Bankole said he got married to his wife in 2003 and they did not have children of their own till February 2019 when they welcomed their first baby girl.
Bankole explained they had their second child on June 19, 2020, after which the brief drama ensued as his wife told him that she often feels funny movements in her stomach which indicated she was carrying another seed in her womb.
He, therefore, decided to seek an explanation from the school so upon taking his wife there, a scan was run on her which revealed that she was carrying another baby. Bankole who could not hide his joy added that the initial scan they had done showed only one baby and that their situation surprised many of those at the hospital. He also said that both their babies were born through natural birth.
