Six-packs are mostly related to men. Women hardly are seen with such stomachs although there are some sportswomen around the globe who have six-packs it’s very rare.
However, there is a Nigerian actress who has been identified as the only woman in the industry with six-packs. The actress is none other than veteran actress Kate Henshaw.

Kate Henshaw was born on the 19th of July, 1971 in Calabar, Nigeria. She is the first child of four children. She completed her primary and secondary school education in Lagos and Calabar, Nigeria. She studies Medical Lab Science at Lagos University Teaching Hospital in Lagos. Kate has won several awards through her acting career. Kate has featured in over 45 movies in Nigeria. Kate Henshaw is the only Nollywood actress who has six-packs.
