Popular Nigerian actor and movie director Ramsey Nouah was born in Lagos to an Israeli father and a Yoruba mother who hails from Owo, Ondo State. He was born on the 19th of December 1970.
The 49-year old actor started acting in the year 1993. He has been in the acting scene for 27 years. Ramsey Nouah grew up in Surulere and studied mass communication at the University of Lagos. In 2010, he won an award for the Best leading role in the African Movie Academy.

In 2018, Nouah announced his remake had become a sequel titled Living in Bondage, Breaking Free which was released on November 8, 2019.
Ramsey Nouah is married to Emelia Philips-Nouah. The couple has two sons and a daughter, named Quincy, Camil Nouah, and Desiree Nouah.
