Reports indicate the man who stormed Rick Ross’ mansion after a wild police chase couple of days ago is said to have died in police custody.

The man, identified as 40-year-old Chaka Stewart couple of days ago gave the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office a very hot chase after he allegedly hit his truck in another car and displaying a firearm in public.

The hot chase ended up at the door steps of an estate belonging to top American rapper Rick Ross where the suspect allegedly jumped over the fence to the estate with his gun in his hand. The police were let in by the head of security of the place of which Stewart was later arrested on gunpoint.

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Stewart was found unresponsive in his cell at the Clayton County Jail in Georgia after a guard and a medic who were making their evening rounds found him lying there on Saturday night.

He was pronounced died after all the life-saving protocols were initiated and was still not responding. Sources say Chaka Stewart was alone in his cell when this happened and the authorities are not suspecting any foul play, but will conduct an autopsy to known the true cause of death.

But according to Stewart’s mother Jacqueline Gordon, her son confined in her that he’s been maltreated and been beaten on several occasions but wasn’t specific whether the beatings were from the authorities or from other in-mates.

The Clayton County Sheriff’s Office is yet to comment on the matter.
