President Buhari today in his address to the nation on matters concening the #EndSARS protest confrimed people have lost their lives in this protests after Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu denied allegations about lives been lost.

President Buhari address issues happening in the country with many youths taking to the streets to protest against police brutality but later on turned bloody with many people losing their lives and several others injured and also properties destroyed.
The result of this is clear to all observers: human lives have been lost; acts of sexual violence have been reported; two major correctional facilities were attacked and convicts freed; public and private properties completely destroyed or vandalised; the sanctity of the Palace of a peace-maker, the Oba of Lagos has been violated. So-called protesters have invaded an International Airport and in the process disrupted the travel plans of fellow Nigerians and our visitors.
It is known that, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu denied reports of loss of lives in this protests especially at the Lekki Toll-Gate 3 days ago after protesters confirmed the the military started shooting directly at them resulting in the death of some people and leaving many others injured.
