Ghana’s Kudus Mohammed received man of the match award in his first competitive appearance for Ajax.
The 19-year-old midfielder produced an excellent performance as the Dutch champions cruised to a 3-0 win at home against Waalwijk. He provided a pre-assist and also controlled the game from the middle of the park.

He picked up the award after full-time, much to admiration of his coach and teammates.
Kudus joined Ajax this summer from Denmark.
