There seem to be cases of death involving young female students in the country lately and unfortunately information reaching us indicate that four final year students of Sunyani Tanoso Nursing Training College have died in a gory accident on the Sunyani-Abedeim road.
The four young women were returning from VGMA nomination jam held in Sunyani yesterday. Musicians such as Mzvee, Kofi Kinaata, Medikal and Ras Kuuku were present to ‘ginger’ the audience.
The deceased are believed to be in their 20s. It is also believed the driver of the vehicle which was transporting the students was heavily drunk thereby ramming his Nissan Primera into a tree.
School authorities are yet to confirm if indeed the deceased were students of the school.
