Hon. Isaac Adongo, Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central Constituency has noted that he’s not retracting the infamous term ‘Akyem Sakawa Boys’ unless president Akufo-Addo and his folks in government change their ways.
Concerned citizens of Akyem demonstrated against the former president John Mahama for supporting Hon. Adongo over the comment.

According to the MP, he owes no one an apology as demanded by the Concerned Citizen Akyem.
Speaking on Kumasi based radio station, Pure FM, he indicated that he has not insulted anyone he doesn’t know but those he targeted, there’s no way he’s going to render an apology because they’re still practicing the Sakawa so those demonstrated he hasn’t said anything against them.

Mr. Isaac Adongo shared a comment on his Facebook page which he used the Akyem Sakawa Boys and some chiefs and people of the Akyem demonstrated on Wednesday against the former president for supporting the comment.
