Stonebwoy has reignited the intense rivalry between himself and Shatta Wale. The two artistes are Ghana’s figureheads in the Dancehall genre but unnecessary bickering over the years has seen them dividing music lovers into two factions.
In an interview with HitzFM, Stonebwoy said he is responsible for Shatta Wale’s fame, a comment which we think will be the catalyst for a a more ferocious beef between the two.
The Pull Up hitmaker insinuated that finds it amusing that instead of the SM4 Life CEO to concentrate on his affairs and push his brand, he’s rather hitting on him without any provocation, adding that Shatta Wale’s career will come to an abrupt end the very day he stops mentioning his name.
He said:
“None of his negative comments baffles me because it’s obvious the day Shatta Wale stops talking about me that will be the end of his career.
Obviously, I play a very big role in his music career, instead of him trying to punch me all the time he should rather use a different strategy because I’m far ahead of him.”
