Parliamentary aspiring candidate of the Ayawaso West Constituency, John Dumelo has encouraged his NDC supporters to beat up any member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) who will try to use malicious means to rig the upcoming elections.

Speaking during a campaign event, Mr. Dumelo said they’re all aware NPP is scheming to use aggressive and dubious means to retain power.
He has therefore urged the NDC supporters to be very vigilant and observant during the elections and anyone belonging to the opposition party who will try to use some aggressive means at the polling stations should be dealt with accordingly.
“This time we won’t say let’s leave it to God to handle, we must deal with the people ourselves”, he said.
My question is that Is John Dumelo trying to encourage his party members to cause violence during the elections. Obviously, if there are any misunderstanding and aggression during the elections, the authorities will be there to handle that instead of the people taking matters into their own hands and start a war that will put the entire nation at risk.
