The trending news now revolves around the richest Ghanaian young man who is affectionately called Ibra One.
Yesterday ghgossip.com brought you an exclusive report on his arrest and detention at the police station, awaiting his transportation to the US to face trial for money laundering.
In a new development, we have gathered that prior to his arrest, Ibra got wind of the impending disaster and tried feeling to South Africa before officials of Interpol acting with the Ghana Police Service seized the passport.
The report has it that Ibra attempted fleeing the country on an economy ticket to South Africa when he got hint of the swoop on him, but was subsequently prevented from leaving the country at the airport when he was due to board.
Furthermore, officials of Interpol had been in Ghana for months observing and following the Ibra’s movement following a tip off from a close partner of Ibra who allegedly volunteered information to Interpol in exchange for immunity.
The said friend, who seem to have a score to settle with Ibra one was posting updates in Snapchat and whats-snap for his followers interested in Ibra’s predicament.
