George Opare Addo who is the National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) says he will never urge former President John Dramani Mahama to apologise on the “Akyem Sakawa” statement as he is been pressured by the concern youth of Akyem to do. says he will resign from the party if former President John Mahama apologises over the ‘Akyem Sakawa boys’ controversy.

Speaking on Starr FM’s Star Chat ,Mr Opare Addi stated he will resign from the party if the flagbearer John Mahama apologise.

” If that happens I will leave the NDC. Because there is nothing to apologise for. The article was in the context of those who are involved in the deal, so there is nothing to apologise for,” he said on Starr Chat monitored by ghgossip.com

The concern youth of Akyem demonstrated yesterday to express their displeasure on the Akyem Sakawa tag been used by Hon. Adongo which was shared by the flagbearer John Mahama.
