It’s not uncommon to see women being subjected to inhuman treatments in Africa, one of which is branding them witches. Several women have been victims of this social injustice and this abdominal act still persist in some areas despite modernization.

Veteran Ghanaian gospel musician, Evangelist Diana Asamoah has revealed she once branded a witch by some ‘Men of God’ branded some years ago when she was a seamstress.

According to the gospel singer, she used to mock some self-acclaimed pastors who spoke in fake ‘tongues’ anytime they came to preach at her workplace.

According to a report by Blogger Zionfelix, the renowned gospel singer disclosed that some of the pastors desperately spoke in tongues when praying and the act was so new to her.

The renowned gospel musician said of the pastors who were apparently unhappy with her stance tricked her her boss into believing that she is a ‘witch’. Thus she followed her boss for church prayers to prove her innocence.

She said:

A pastor named Quaye said he was going to cast out the demonic spirit but failed because there was none in me.
