One of South Africa’s biggest artistes, Cassper Nyovest caused a brief buzz on the internet when he reportedly claimed that Stonebwoy is the best artiste in Ghana, adding that he has never heard of Shatta Wale before.
Predictably, SM fans became offended and took to social media to call out the famous rapper. But in a new interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, Casper explained that he never said Stonebwoy was better or the best but his favorite and that is his opinion, so he doesn’t know why the fans are angry with him.
He said:
I never said Stonebwoy is the best artiste in Ghana, I only said he is my favorite art in Ghana and that’s my opinion, I’m not in to choose who is the best or not…
He revealed to the host that, he took time to watch some videos of Shatta Wale on Youtube and he loved his vibes and that he would want to collaborate with him, if it was possible.
