One Corner hitmaker Patapaa has echoed the sentiments by his fans that he deserves the topmost award: Artiste of The Year at the forthcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Patapaa has gained a widespread recognition in Ghana and beyond with his viral song and on that note he wants a befitting accolade to crown his unbelievable achievement.
The Swedru-based musician has who has been nominated in two categories of the 3Music Awards told AttractiveMustapha.com that nobody can battle him in that category.
According to him, his ‘One Corner’ song is popular in the whole Ghana and internationally, therefore, granting him the opportunity to perform in South Africa, Nigeria, Liberia and other countries.
He said:
The Jury of Ghana Music that decides on the winners even danced to my song. They know how popular and powerful my song is so they can’t deny me artiste of the year and popular song of the year.
