A former hypeman and close friend of Nigerian singer D’banj, Special Spesh has revealed that Davido would have landed a mega collabo with American superstars Kanye West and Big Sean but he (Spesh) stopped the move.

Spesh suggested that he thought D’Banj who was trying to sign the singer to his MoHits record label had no good intention so he made everything possible not to make the deal go through.

He said D’Banj went to Dr Adeleke to seek approval and formalize the plans, and he also promised to link Davido with American music stars such as Kanye West and Big Sean for international collaboration, however, Spesh dissuaded Davido not to put pen to paper.

Spesh revealed this while speaking with MTV Base VJ Ehiz on his Instagram Live Series.
