Soulja Boy has asked his fans to directly reach out to him for tickets for his upcoming boxing bout with Chris Brown. Just when we thought the supposed feud and the subsequent fight in the ring proposed by the Crank Dat artiste has been purposely designed for publicity, Soulja boy is taking it on another level and leaving us wondering if this really happening.
The rapper wrote on his Instagram account, “YALL KNOW WHAT IM THROWING THE FIGHT. THESE NIGGAZ TAKING TOO LONG f#ck THIS sh!t YOU NEED TICKETS HIT ME IM RUNNING THE SHOW. IM RENTING THE VENUE. IM SETTING THE DATE. IM SELLING THE TICKETS. THIS WILL BE A SOULJA BOY PROMOTION. HIT ME FOR TICKETS THEY ON SALE.”
Originally Floyd Meaweather expressed interest to promote the fight which was also backed by hiphop super star 50 cent. However according to Soulja Boy, Floyd and Wack 100, the promotional parties involved in the historic fight are obviously not making much effort the way he expects.
He has therefore taken destiny into his own hands, as it were to get things quickly by promoting it himself. Ironically he has planned to reconcile with Breezy soon after the fight. “I think I’m gon’ win. I’m not saying it’s gon’ be an easy win. After the fight, we can shake hands and be friends.
In a related development, Iron Mike Tyson has volunteered to train Breezy and said to have released a diss track to prove it.
