Who says a policewoman shouldn’t look sekzy? A Zambian policewoman’s attempt to look hot and perhaps bait criminals has gone viral on the internet and this has caused her some problems with her superiors.
The officer’s outfit was thought to be awkward and indecent for the force. Esther Mwaata Katongo, the police spokesperson, has addressed the issue and condemned the indecent dressing attire of the female officer of Sesheke.
“Our policy is at least knee length no officer take the tailors to reduce the size. We attribute this to poor supervision by supervisors. They need to ensure that officers are modest in their dressing and are smart. A uniform is not for modelling,”
She also revealed that the supervisor of the officer in Sesheke has been called in order for the matter to be addressed. “Officers should always be decent in their dressing and help in portraying the good image of the institution. Their skirts should at least be knee high as opposed to what is in the picture,” says the police spokesperson.
